30-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All items must meet the conditions specified below to qualify.
Size-Related Returns & Exchanges
- Size Exchange: If the size doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Exchange requests after 24 hours may be subject to availability.
- Customer Error in Size Selection: If the size received matches the size chart but was incorrectly chosen by the customer, no return or exchange will be accepted. Alternatively, a 50% fee will apply for any exchange requests.
- Store Error in Size: If SKIN LEATHERZ sends a size different from what was ordered, we will cover the exchange cost if reported within 24 hours.
Color and Image Variations
If the color of the product appears different due to display variations or lighting, returns or refunds are allowed with a photo provided within 24 hours of receipt. Returns will depend on availability.
Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or an error on our part, SKIN LEATHERZ will cover return shipping. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, with supporting photos.
Order Cancellation
- Within 24 hours: A full refund will be processed.
- After 24 hours but before 3 days: A 25% cancellation fee applies.
- From 3 days to 1 week: A 35% cancellation fee applies.
- After 1 week: Cancellations will only be allowed under special circumstances, with a 50% fee applied.
Accidental Product Delivery
If an incorrect product is delivered, SKIN LEATHERZ will send the correct item free of charge. However, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs based on size and weight.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all tags attached.
- Customized items are non-refundable.
- All returns should be shipped back to the original warehouse, with customers responsible for return shipping costs unless due to store error.
- SKIN LEATHERZ reserves the right to reject any returns or exchanges for items that appear worn, altered, or damaged.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Returns or exchanges are not allowed for items purchased solely for trial purposes or for personal preferences where no quality or sizing issues exist.
- Products showing no signs of defects or issues will not be eligible for returns.
Payment and Currency
All transactions are processed in USD. Any payment in another currency will be converted to USD, with the customer bearing conversion fees.
Communication and Production Delays
- If customers fail to respond to emails related to order production or shipment, the order will be placed on hold for 10-12 days, after which it may be canceled with a 50% refund.
- Lack of response for shipping confirmation may result in automatic shipment or cancellation with a 50% refund.
Customs and Regional Charges
SKIN LEATHERZ provides free shipping globally, but customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or regional fees applicable in their country.
Tag Removal
Items with removed or altered tags will not be accepted for return or exchange.
