Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For Our Defective products return is full free shipping. This means your shipping fee is USD 0.00 and the Re-stocking fee is USD 0.00.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item that you purchase by mistake doesn’t need any more or if the products are wrong so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For your remorse products, you have to bear a certain amount for return shipping. You will bear the Actual Cost of return shipping. the restocking fee is USD 0.00

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or Credit Card Company to process and post the refund too.

Order Cancellation

If you want to cancel your order, make sure to request cancellation within the first 12 to twelve hours of placing it to receive a full refund. Otherwise, the following points should be taken into consideration:

  • A $10.00 processing fee is deducted if an order is canceled from the customer’s end.
  • For canceling within 3 days, there will be a 20% deduction from the total payment.
  • For canceling within 7 days, there will be a 30% deduction from the total payment.
  • No cancellation will be accepted if the requisition comes after 7 days from the order placement.
